This is a 30 minute “emergency” check in (this is not your regularly scheduled session, rather a session that may be requested and held within 24 hours of the request.)
**Extended sessions are available, upon request, and will be charged $30 for each additional 10 minutes.**
I am not an in-network provider but can provide you with a “super-bill” that you may submit to insurance for reimbursement.
You may pay with any major credit card, HSA or FSA through the online patient portal at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advanced. You will be charged the full session fee if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

I work with adults to help cope with everyday stressors that bring on anxiety, depression and feeling overwhelmed. I strive to empower my clients to work through the root of their problems so they can live a life of fulfillment, clarity, confidence, purpose, and self-worth.
Let’s be real – being a teen is hard (parenting one may be harder). Navigating through relationships, figuring out who you are, authentically, while dealing with the pressure of school can be overwhelming. Providing you a confidential space, I will listen, understand, and accept where you are with compassion, empathy, and humor…without judgment.
This is a personal passion of mine as I have loved ones who protect and serve. I know first hand the barriers these everyday heroes face when trying to access quality mental health care. I offer flexible scheduling to make the first step to getting help easy.
Is your substance use getting out of control? Are you finding yourself in trouble, or experiencing problems due to your drug or alcohol use? I will meet you where you are in your journey towards recovery. With me, you will be able to process and work through your addiction in a stigma free environment.
WALK & TALK
Not everyone likes to sit in front of a computer for 45+ minutes taking. Research has shown that this mindful based practice can make it easier for clients to open up, relieve tension and move through the therapeutic process. Please check out the FAQ's for more information on this process (spoiler alert: it's one of my favorite ways to connect with clients!)
