Services & Fees
Therapy isn't a one size fits all, and sometimes support needs to happen outside the 50-minute hour. That's why your session rate includes communication and collaboration with your treatment team (psychiatrists, doctors, other providers), skills coaching and quick check -ins between sessions.

Services

Adults
$150
We work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction and recovery, as well as sexual health and intimacy concerns.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by daily life, struggling in your relationships, working through past experiences, or wanting to improve your emotional or sexual well-being, we're here to help.
Many of the challenges we face in adulthood are about more than what's happening today. Stress, anxiety, conflict, or relationship difficulties often uncover deeper wounds or unresolved experiences that have quietly influenced the way we think, feel, connect, and respond to the world around us.
Our goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding what's really driving them. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, confidence, self-worth, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
We tailor therapy to your unique needs by integrating evidence-based approaches within a compassionate, client-centered framework. While we draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, we most often blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). We also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills when appropriate. For clients seeking support around sexuality, intimacy, desire, sexual functioning, or relationship concerns, we provide specialized sex therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.

Couples + Relationships
$175
Relationships can be incredibly rewarding, but they can also be complicated. Past hurts, unresolved trauma, life stressors, attachment patterns, or insecurities often find their way into our closest relationships, making it difficult to communicate, trust, feel emotionally safe, or stay connected.
Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in the same arguments, struggling with communication, rebuilding trust after betrayal, navigating differences in sexual desire, addressing intimacy concerns, or simply wondering how they became more like roommates than partners. Whatever brings you in, we'll work together to better understand the patterns keeping you disconnected and create new ways of relating to one another.
Our goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard, understood, and valued. Through honest conversations, increased vulnerability, and practical, evidence-based tools, we'll strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and help you create a relationship that feels secure, connected, and fulfilling.

Military, Police + Veterans
$140
Supporting first responders, military members, and veterans is a personal passion of Kristin's. As the wife of a retired law enforcement officer and someone with loved ones who protect and serve, she has a deep understanding of the unique stressors, cultural dynamics, and unspoken pressures that comes with the job, both on and off duty.
Her approach is trauma-informed and tailored to the specific needs of those in high stress professions. She integrates EMDR, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and other evidence-based interventions to help address trauma, chronic tress, anxiety, relationship strain, and identity shifts that can arise during or after service.
As a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), Kristin offers flexible scheduling and a confidential, supportive space to make taking that first step toward help as easy and accessible as possible.

Walk + Talk
$175
Not everyone feels comfortable sitting in front of a screen for 45+ minutes talking. Walk & Talk Therapy offers a different approach, on that combines movement, fresh air, and mindfulness to support the therapeutic process. Research shows that this mindful activity setting can help clients open up more easily, relieve tension, and move through emptions in a natural way
